I am unable to understand the nuances of social interaction such as dating. Please explain to me?

social interaction may be difficult for you and unpleasant, but it is still something that we all need at least a little bit. You may be content to get all your socialization from your limited contacts with others at school, (later work) and from your family. That is a personal decision for you. But I don't think you should ever completely eliminate all socialization from your life, because you need at least some people to look out for you. If you haven't already, you may want to read into how people with Aspergers have learned to function and lead a satisfying life with and without medication.
