Strange dream about trying to find my body? Possible OBE?

I feel like I had an out of body experience or that I astral projected. Right before I had this dream I felt very weird and different. I knew that my mind was awake and I sensed everything around me but I didnt open my eyes and I was dreaming while being conscious. My dream was that my "spirit" or soul was in this place I have never been before and I was looking for my body. I was actually talking to myself and answering my own questions. Like my real body's mind (i was awake) was asking my dream self or my soul what I was doing and what I was looking for. My dream self said that I have to find my body so I can open my eyes or realize im dreaming so i can astral project farther. Sorry if this was confusing but did I just astral project or was it just a dream? Also what does it mean?
