Where can i purchase/acquire an Official Copy of Tennessee Divorce Law?

We need an Official copy of Tennessee Divorce Law to support my petition to remove the surname of my former husband from my name here in the Philippines. I cannot request from the websites i had visited. Please help me find ways to acquire it before we start court hearing.
