Im a bit worrid please help?

my husband is ill right..he has got like bad tummy aches ,buggy..weak..but hasnt been sick or from the other end..normally people would be sick etc if it was stomache flu or whatever..what else could it be im worrid/.sorry im probably to worrid about nothing.its been going on for 4 days .
