Married but name not changed on any doent. Applying Buisness VISA to UK, will there be any trouble?

I got married in NOV 2011 and changed my surname then. I didnot get my name changed in any of my doents etc and not even my pport. Now I have to travel to UK for a Buisness trip, will it affect my VISA processing if I mention I am married but dont have a name changed on any of my doents including my bank details etc?? I had applied the pport from Chandigarh and now live in Noida. Kindly advice. I need to apply for the VISA in next few days ( 1 or 2)
