Can you help me weight watchers?

Hi!! I want to do weight watchers pro points but as I live in Spain, there are no meetings. I find the Internet pack very expensive considering the price if actual meetings. I was hoping that someone could help me fathom out how points I need to have, list of propoints and any general pointers for weigh loss. Thanks!!!
