Baby name ideas? Quite a couple of guidelines to follow!?

My due date is only January next year but I feel like there are too many names and none that really work. Any ideas following these guidelines would be greatly appreciated! For a girl- nothing weird, I would like a name that's definitely feminine but not silly. The middle name is going to be Joanne for my mother and mother in law and the surname is Owen. For a boy- obviously masculine, I like soft-sounding names (Matthew, Ethan etc) middle name here wil be John or Jacob. Then lastly, I really don't like the letter R, so if it can stay out of the name that will be great! Also, I would like the meaning of the name to be something nice, not sad or negative. Thanks for any suggestions, I know I'm not being easy about this!
