Should I go out with him if he cant remember my name?

I went out to dinner with this jock last night and he couldnt even remember my name so I just grabed my things and he asked me what was wrong and I lost it I started yelling at him and he gets up and asked me if we could go outside because people we looking and so I told him no and kept yelling so he picked me up and took me outside. We started arguing and I tried to sock him he grabed me threw me agaimst the car and tried to kiss me. I told him that if he couldnt remember mu name im not going to kiss him. So he got frustraited and told me he was sorry and that he was trying his hardest to try and bebkind but hes been mean so much its hard for him to and he really liked me and so he asked for a second chance and so I tolf him yes and so I walked away and he called my name and I turned around and he pushed me against my car amd we made out. I dont know what to do
